Class Descriptions


  • (Ages 3-4)

    Spark your child's imagination with our Ballet & Creative Movement class, designed exclusively for preschoolers. This joyful, foundational program introduces little ones to the magic of dance through playful storytelling, basic ballet technique, and rhythm exercises. Dancers must be bathroom independent in order to participate in this class. This class performs in our annual recital. 

Ages 3-4

  • Our ballet classes are professionally structured and rooted firmly in the prestigious American Ballet Theatre (ABT) National Training Curriculum. Designed for dancers seeking technical precision and artistic longevity, our ballet classes offer a scientifically backed approach to classical training. Extensively trained  instructors focus on developing clean alignment, core stability, and dynamic artistry within a supportive, high-caliber environment. This class is offered from age 5 and up, and all ballet classes perform in our annual recital except the adult class which is primarily a technique class. 

    Tap classes teach dancers to turn their feet into musical instruments. Dancers learn to create clear, syncopated rhythms while developing coordination, precision, and musicality. These energetic classes explore both classic Broadway and modern rhythm tap styles, combining foundational technique with fast-paced, expressive choreography. This class is offered from age 5 and up, and performs in our annual recital. 

Ages 5-6

Ages 7-9

  • This high-energy jazz class builds dynamic technique, rhythm, and personal style. Dancers will improve their flexibility, strength, and performance quality through isolations, stylized across-the-floor progressions, leaps, turns, and fast-paced combinations set to upbeat music This class is offered from age 7 and up, and performs in our annual recital. 

  • Tap classes teach dancers to turn their feet into musical instruments. Dancers learn to create clear, syncopated rhythms while developing coordination, precision, and musicality. Ages 10-12

  • Our ballet classes are professionally structured and rooted firmly in the prestigious American Ballet Theatre (ABT) National Training Curriculum. Designed for dancers seeking technical precision and artistic longevity, our ballet classes offer a scientifically backed approach to classical training. Extensively trained  instructors focus on developing clean alignment, core stability, and dynamic artistry within a supportive, high-caliber environment. This class is offered from age 5 and up, and all ballet classes perform in our annual recital except the adult class which is primarily a technique class. 

  • Our contemporary classes blend ballet technique, release-based modern movement, and improvisation to help dancers explore natural energy, breathwork, and floorwork. Participants will build core strength and spatial awareness while learning fluid, athletic choreographic combinations that focus on a variety of emotions. This class is offered from age 9 and up, and performs in our annual recital.

  • Carefully and intentionally designed to prepare students for a future in dance, the Pre-Professional Program provides advanced training through mentorship, performance opportunities, and immersive experiences. Dancers in the program are held to high standards of technique, musicality, performance quality, and artistry to support their preparation for collegiate dance programs and professional careers in dance. The program also includes travel opportunities for master classes, competitions, and performances, allowing students to broaden their training and industry exposure.

Adult Classes

  • (Infant comfortably worn by caregiver)

    Move, groove, and bond with your baby in this fun and energizing dance fitness class for moms/dads! Designed for all fitness levels, this class combines easy-to-follow dance moves, light cardio, and strength-building exercises while your little one stays close in a baby carrier. It’s a great way to stay active, connect with other moms/dads, and enjoy special time with your baby. This class does not perform in an end of year recital.

Speciality Classes

  • (Age 2 Ballet/Creative Movement) 

    This 30-minute introductory class blends basic ballet fundamentals with playful creative movement. This class fosters gross motor development, coordination, rhythm, and balance through fun, age-appropriate activities. Although this class allows young dancers to experience a class structure independently for the first time, a caregiver must be present for bathroom assistance. This class performs in our annual recital. 

  • (Age 10 Months-24 Months)

    Celebrate the joy of movement with your little one! This 30-minute introductory class bonds caregivers and children under 2 through playful music, sensory props, and creative dance. This class is designed for crawlers up to 24 months (with an actively participating parent or caregiver). This class does not perform in an end of year recital.

  • This inclusive dance class is designed to create a supportive, sensory-friendly space where neurodivergent individuals can move, express themselves, and build confidence through music and movement. Classes focus on creativity, connection, and fun with adaptable instruction, a welcoming environment, and encouragement for every participant to move in their own unique way.
